Black Coco

This heirloom bean is very prolific and quite versatile. It can be used as a fresh snap when young, as a purple shelling when mature, or as a quick cooking dry bean for winter. Larger than other black beans with a rich flavor and creamy texture, the first pods form early, 6” long on 14"- 16” plants.
