Ethiopian

A large lentil growing on an attractive lacy bush with beautiful blue flowers. These lentils are grown like any dry bush bean with high yields of many flat pods. They can be used fresh or dried and have a great flavour, wonderful in curries, stews and soups. They are very hardy and drought tolerant and can be planted as early as peas. Also known as "grass pea".
