Hutterite Soup

An heirloom bean from the Hutterites, a religious group from Austria following the teachings of Jacob Hutter, who brought these beans to Canada in 1750. This high yielding, beautiful bean is delicious. When cooked, it rapidly dissolves into a thick, creamy white soup.
