A bean given to Salt Spring Seeds by Mojave Kaplan and named by Dan Jason. It is a heavy yielder that is both very beautiful and tasty. This variety works well in soups and stews, adding a wonderful flavour. The seeds hold separate colours and pattern when cooked so is very striking in salads.
