Tiger's Eye

Originally from South America, this bean has a large beautiful seed with a wonderfully rich delicious nutty flavor and a tender, smooth texture. These beans look so beautiful in a jar on the shelf in the kitchen it’s hard to bring yourself to cook them but well worth the sacrifice. Very good in chili or used as refried beans.
