A beautiful bean that was brought to Canada by Grandmother Matonavic from Croatia in 1928, and grown by Mrs. Matonavic in Edson, AB, Princeton, BC, Port Alberni, BC, Errington, BC and Parksville, BC. This unique bean that is similar to Italian borlotti matures much earlier and has the same delicious flavour.
